Millions of people know about The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” by C. S. Lewis of Narnia fame. But what about Lewis’ nonfiction works as one of the 20th Century’s great Christian thinkers? Come celebrate C.W. Lewis’ birthday tomorrow with Betsy Schwarzentraub, retired pastor, in worship on Sunday, Dec. 28th, at Elk Grove United Methodist Church. The church is at 8986 Elk Grove Blvd. in Elk Grove, CA. The church also streams their worship on their website, Facebook, and vimeo.

Worship is at 10 a.m. with plenty of singing and all ages of folks included. After Children’s Time in worship, the kids can go out to Sunday School if they wish, or stay with families. Everyone is welcome afterwards for drinks and bagels down in Bartholomew Hall.
